Athyrium Coaching

Athyrium distentifolium (Alpine Lady Fern) is a fern native to Alaska, my backyard. The fiddle head of this fern is a spiral shape or scroll. The image of an unfurling fern symbolizes new life, growth, strength and peace. I love the beauty of ferns and look forward to spring time in Alaska when new life emerges. In my work I seek to guide people on their journey of unfurling and opening into their full potential.
