About Athyrium Coaching

Athyrium Coaching was born out of Bethany’s personal journey—first through caretaking and codependency, and eventually into healing, wholeness, and boundaries.

From a young age, she was someone who noticed and tended to others, growing into a highly attuned empath. But as her sensitivity deepened, so did the realization that care without boundaries wasn’t sustainable. What followed was a process of unbecoming—letting go of systems that didn’t feel aligned, and learning to honor her own rhythms, body, and voice.

Along the way, she studied relationship dynamics, somatics, and nervous system healing—not to find a formula, but to offer something deeply personalized, embodied, and intuitive.

Athyrium Coaching is the result of that unfolding: a place for people to come home to themselves, especially in the context of relationship.

Bethany doesn’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, she listens with deep curiosity, helps clients explore their inner world, and offers tools that stick—tools they can return to long after the session ends.

At its heart, Athyrium Coaching believes that when one person heals, the ripple effect touches families, communities, and the world.

About Bethany

Hi, I’m Bethany—a mom, wife, furry friend lover, nature explorer, relationship geek, and lifelong student of what it means to heal.

  • I found my light—and my superpower—in coaching.

There’s nothing more meaningful to me than sitting with someone, listening deeply, and helping them search inside their mind and body to unlock something new.

I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is a co-creation, and it’s pure magic to witness where the process leads.

  • My work is present-centered, intuitive, and grounded in both lived experience and formal training.

I’ve studied relationship coaching, somatic healing, trauma-informed care, and nervous system regulation—but what shapes me most is my belief that healing happens in relationship.

When we get curious about our triggers, we can create real change.

  • I’ve been a stay-at-home mom while running a heart-forward business, and now, with two teenagers and a son heading into his senior year.

I’m in another beautiful transition—rediscovering what lights me up and continuing to evolve.

I believe we can create ourselves anew at any stage in life.

Whether you’re navigating disconnection, burnout, or relationship challenges, I’m here to walk with you—one honest, grounded step at a time.
